Our general health comprises depression, heart diseases, allergies, immunity, blood pressure, sugar level etc. When the level of either one component is disturbed, our health suffers. Not all diseases can be avoided but with taking care of ourselves, we can avoid various diseases to a large scale. A healthy regimen includes balanced diet, regular physical exercises, sleep on time and restrictions from alcohol and smoking. In case someone is compelled to disturb one of the elements, he or she must compensate it with other factors. For example, in case of more calories intake, it has to be undone by working out. Apart from these, the positive attitude towards life also results in positive effects. If you are depressed and think your life has no purpose or meaning, you will feel the life getting burdensome.
